The link for downloading the Respondus LockDown software is still in Blackboard under the College Connect tab. Here is the updated information I found on Blackboard as of 2/2/12:
Respondus
Respondus is software for more easily creating tests and quizzes in Blackboard. The VCCS has a system license and you can download the software from this folder. Enter the following as license information, but contact your help desk if you have problems.
